Positive: NA Negative: I am writing to state that my experience at your apartment was absolutely terrible. The condition of the property was completely unacceptable and unlivable. The entire place was filthy, clearly had not been cleaned before my arrival, and there was a disgusting, foul smell throughout the whole unit. It is incredibly unprofessional to host guests in such a repulsive environment. Because the state of the apartment was so bad, I have already checked out. I expect a full refund for this stay immediately. This was a complete scam, and I will be escalating this directly to Airbnb support with photographic evidence if this is not resolved now.
